Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:

- Sales and Marketing:
- Lead the development of sales and marketing strategies to drive business expansion and increase market share.

- Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform product development and marketing initiatives.
- Team Development and Leadership:
- Build and lead a high-performing executive team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to senior managers and department heads, ensuring effective team performance.
- Promote a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability across the organization.
- Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Ensure that all seafood products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Implement quality assurance programs and conduct regular audits to uphold product integrity.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and lead compliance initiatives to meet local and international standards.
- Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility:
- Champion sustainable seafood practices, ensuring responsible sourcing and minimizing environmental impact.
- Develop and implement corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs that align with industry best practices.
- Engage with industry bodies and regulatory agencies to support sustainable seafood initiatives.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential business risks, including market fluctuations, supply chain disruptions, and regulatory changes.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the company’s assets and reputation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Food Science, Marine Biology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in senior management roles, preferably within the seafood or food production industries.
- Proven track record of successful business growth and financial management.
- Strong understanding of seafood industry dynamics, including sourcing, processing, and market trends.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and industry partners.
- Familiarity with quality assurance standards, food safety regulations, and sustainability practices.

Pay: RM13,000.00 - RM16,000.00 per month
