E-Commerce Fulfilment Supervisor

E-COMMERCE LEAD (FULFILMENT) JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities

• Order Fulfilment:

Oversee daily order processing to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment by the team.

2. Inventory Management:

Conduct regular audits to ensure stock inventory aligns with system records, identifying and resolving discrepancies as needed.

3. Picking & Packing:

Efficiently pick and pack online orders daily, maintaining high standards of accuracy and presentation.

4. Stock Closing:

Complete end-of-day stock closing processes, ensuring all transactions are recorded and reconciled.

5. Data Entry:

Accurately input invoices and sales returns into the system, maintaining clear and organized records.

6. Team Leadership:

Manage and motivate team members, providing guidance and support to enhance productivity and teamwork.

7. Stock Organization:

Arrange and maintain stock on racks to optimize space and ensure easy access for picking and inventory checks.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience in fulfillment operations within an e-commerce environment.

• E-commerce Proficiency: Familiarity with various e-commerce platforms and processes.

• Storekeeping Knowledge: Understanding of storekeeper responsibilities, including inventory control and stock management.

• People Management: Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage a team, fostering a positive work environment.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in computer applications and inventory management systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
