Collaborate closely with the fashion design team to brainstorm and develop bags and accessories from scratch.
Provide support and assistance in technical drawing and the development of product samples.
Create product sample briefs according to provided instructions.
Assist the fashion design team in liaising with production teams and factories.
Source and procure materials for bags and accessories, considering functionality, aesthetics, and cost-effectiveness.
Monitor production progress and ensure timely delivery.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and consumer preferences in the fashion accessories industry.
Be prepared to handle miscellaneous tasks as needed.

Proficient communication and presentation skills in both written and verbal English and Mandarin.
Candidate possesses at least a Certificate / Diploma or above
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior experience is necessary.
A background in fashion (preferred), product design, or the design industry is advantageous.
Possess strong project management and organizational skills.
Must have a passion for learning about fashion products and production processes.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a keen eye for detail, a precision-oriented mindset, and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
