- Work with the brand manager to gather information for Sales and Stock Plans
- Update weekly Dealer Sales by registration and booking
- Review the Potential Out of stocks for all models and execute planning with the brand head
- Work with the brand head and marketing team to execute the marketing plan for the slow-turning model’s bike
- Participate in the Semi-Annual review of the Physical Inventory Reconciliation Process
- Create monthly stocks on hand review with dealer network through physical or online meeting
- Collaborate with the logistic team on the timing of shipping of sell-in and sell-out of bikes
- Suggest exit strategies on how to help dealers to clear slow-moving bikes by implementing programs
- Coordinate with relevant internal departments on all levels of campaign execution (Marketing, Ad Operations, Development)
- Strong internet competency, analytical, and marketing skills a plus
- Ability to manage time and multi-task well with short deadlines
- Must be sales-focused
- Graduate with Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in related field
- 3 years working experience in automotive industry is an advantage for this position
- Candidate must have good knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications. (Power Point and Excel)
- Highly self-motivated, independent and matured with a positive attitude
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good organizational and planning skills, strong negotiation and analyzing skills, good business sense and budgeting skills.
