F&B Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Assistant. As an integral part of our dynamic team, the F&B Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our food and beverage services. The ideal candidate should have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment. Responsibilities 1. Order Fulfillment: Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Monitor food and beverage quality to ensure it meets the established standards. Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally. 2. Table Service: Set up and maintain clean and organized dining areas. Ensure table arrangements are set appropriately with utensils, napkins, and condiments. Assist in clearing and resetting tables for the next guests. 3. Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to maintain effective communication. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. Assist in training new staff members when necessary. 4. Compliance and Hygiene: Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment. Follow food safety protocols to ensure the well-being of customers. Comply with all company policies and procedures. 5. Event Support: Provide support during special events or functions, including setup and breakdown. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level in any field. Required language(s): English or any other language will be an added advantage Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferably Entry Level specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Able to speak Fluent Mandarin is a plus but not compulsory Open to Malaysian citizens only Personal Attributes: Flexible Calm under pressure Excellent communication skills and The ability to prioritize and manage time well.
