Technical Sales Engineer

Roles and Responsibility • Manages the process of developing a product or enhancing existing products in order to meet customer expectations effectively. Product developers conduct research, develop proposals. • Establishing the technical needs of the customer and suggesting appropriate products by analyzing customers' needs and recommending products. Discussing products with customers and explaining technical concepts. • Explaining MindOx technical information to customers and extending the product needs. • Following up with customers and keeping customers informed about new technological products. • Compiling proposals and reports related to technical products. • Ensuring that sales targets are consistently met and reporting to management about sales made. • Updating records of customer communications and contact information. • Creating and enhancing products that fill a niche in the market, developing solution within MindOx Techno to remain competitive. • Determining product specifications according to a number of various factors and uses. • Supporting manufacturing and design activities by developing prototypes for products in development. • Consulting market research materials and sales data to ensure that products are viable and competitive.
