Position Overview
As an Employer Branding Intern in the People & Culture department, you will assist in enhancing Carro’s reputation as an employer of choice. This role provides hands-on experience in crafting communication strategies, creating engaging content, and organizing initiatives that reflect Carro’s dynamic culture and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating employer branding content for social media, internal platforms, and recruitment campaigns in collaboration with the team.
- Help maintain the content calendar, draft posts, and monitor engagement on platforms like LinkedIn and Glassdoor.
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities such as town halls, festive celebrations, and team-building events.
- Assist in preparing materials such as presentations, email updates, and newsletters to promote internal initiatives and programs.
- Conduct benchmarking research on employer branding trends and support the team in gathering feedback from employee surveys.
- Provide administrative assistance for projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in employer branding, social media, and employee engagement.
- Familiarity with social media platforms like LinkedIn; knowledge of content creation tools is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Basic skills in photography or video editing are advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months
Pay: RM650.00 - RM850.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
