1. Manage local warehousing activities
- Stock count and auditing daily stock take and prepare stock reports
- Packing for Courier pick up
- General stock cleanliness
2. Delivery Arrangements
- Coordinating local courier pick up + shipment tracking
- Daily update on shipment statuses to sales team
- Delivery coordination for ECART orders (with UPS/other delivery partners)
3. Assist sales team in the following
- Provide customer service and ensure that all pre-sales/post-sales issues brought up are triggered upwards to Head of Sales for further action to be taken
4. Assist marketing team in the following:
- Sourcing and production of all point-of-sale materials as instructed
- Execution of marketing-related events/activities as assigned
5. Work closely with sales team to ensure delivery arrangements satisfies customer requirements and company SOP
6. Have knowledge on the brands and products that are sold
7. Perform administrative duties and report on job assignments on daily basis
- Track and report all office related expenses
- To provide administrative support for all office-related activities
8. Participate in trade exhibitions, events, demonstrations and other related activities as assigned by Head of Sales
9. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- SPM / STPM
- Office skill
- Computer skill (Microsoft Excel)
- Precision, carefulness and detail mind
- Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 1pm
- Location at Oval Tower Damansara
- Preferred Mandarin speaker

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
