Job Title: HR Intern Industry: Recruitment & Staffing Our Mission -We connect organization and talent through Innovative recruitment methods and help them to create a sustainable competitive advantage in future workforce transformation. -The Mission You Will Take on – What You Will Do -Utilise various recruitment channels to identify potential candidates -Conduct initial screening of resumes and phone screening to assess candidate suitability -Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers -Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing clear and timely updates and feedback -Respond to candidate inquiries, foster transparency and build a favourable perception of the organisation -Maintain accurate, organised and up-to-date candidate information within ATS -Generate reports and metrics related to recruitment activities -Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, preferences and team dynamics, ensuring alignment between talent acquisition efforts and organisational efforts -Provide support in developing job descriptions and defining candidate requirements -Support onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation, ultimately fostering employee retention and satisfaction -Coordinate with various departments to complete necessary documentation and orientation -Support AIC program to identify, attract and select qualified candidates for various positions within the organisation -Other ad-hoc tasks related to HR and Administrations What you will bring -Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources , Psychology, Business or any related fields -Possess high level of integrity, initiative, commitment and sense of urgency -Possess strong communication and interpersonal skill -Team player with strong ability to motivate, inspire and consistently exceed expectations -Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
