Assistant Supervisor

1- Supervising and coordinating the activities of construction workers and subcontractors. 2- Ensuring all construction work meets quality standards and adheres to design specifications. 3- Enforcing safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment. Managing resources, including labour, materials, and equipment. 5- Communicating effectively with project stakeholders, including Architects, Engineers, and clients. 6- Resolving or escalating any issues that arise during the construction process. 7- Monitoring and reporting on project progress, ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget. 8- Conducting site inspections to check the quality of work and compliance with legal requirements. 9- Assisting in the hiring, training, and development of construction workers. 10- Planning and scheduling work sequences for construction projects.
