Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily accounting tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and reconciliations
  • Support accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Help prepare financial statements and reports
  • Participate in month-end and year-end closing procedures
  • Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
  • Maintain organized financial records and ensure data accuracy
  • Support internal and external audit processes
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining financial controls

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 1-2 years of accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles and practices
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
