- Engage with customers and sales teams to identify customer requirements and pain points, conducting needs assessments and translating these into tailored solutions.
- Conduct analysis/audits of customer IT infrastructure to identify weaknesses, gaps, and pain points; propose solutions to address these.
- Prepare technical proposals and presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
- Offer technical expertise throughout the sales process to ensure successful implementation and integration of products.
- Provide pre-sales technical support through comprehensive product demonstrations and presentations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing any technical concerns and offering ongoing support.
- Assist the sales team with opportunity qualification by providing pre-sales technical support.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to gather customer feedback and contribute to the enhancement of existing products and the development of new offerings.
- Participate in conferences, trade shows, and exhibitions as needed.
- Assist with daily operational duties and perform ad-hoc accounting assignments as required by the superior.
- Diploma/University Degree or above in marketing, sales or the related fields
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
