  • Conduct analysis/audits of customer IT infrastructure to identify weaknesses, gaps, and pain points; propose solutions to address these.
  • Prepare technical proposals and presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
  • Offer technical expertise throughout the sales process to ensure successful implementation and integration of products.
  • Provide pre-sales technical support through comprehensive product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing any technical concerns and offering ongoing support.
  • Assist the sales team with opportunity qualification by providing pre-sales technical support.
  • Collaborate with the R&D team to gather customer feedback and contribute to the enhancement of existing products and the development of new offerings.
  • Participate in conferences, trade shows, and exhibitions as needed.
  • Assist with daily operational duties and perform ad-hoc accounting assignments as required by the superior.
  • Diploma/University Degree or above in marketing, sales or the related fields
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Language Requirements: English & Mandarin
