- Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via live chat, phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist customers with product-related issues, troubleshooting, and service requests for Tineco, Ecovacs, and Dibea vacuums.
- Process service requests, warranty claims, and product returns in accordance with company policies.
- Perform administrative tasks, including updating customer records, managing service logs, and coordinating with technical support teams.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the service team to resolve complex issues and improve service processes.
- Stay informed about product features, updates, and common issues for the brands we service.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided
- Minimum SPM or higher education
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- Minimum 1 year of experience in related role is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English with basic Malay communication skill
- Able to work independently, responsible & able to meet deadlines
- Ability to start work with short notice will be advantage
