  • Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via live chat, phone, email, and in-person.
  • Assist customers with product-related issues, troubleshooting, and service requests for Tineco, Ecovacs, and Dibea vacuums.
  • Process service requests, warranty claims, and product returns in accordance with company policies.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including updating customer records, managing service logs, and coordinating with technical support teams.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with the service team to resolve complex issues and improve service processes.
  • Stay informed about product features, updates, and common issues for the brands we service.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided
  • Minimum SPM or higher education
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in related role is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English with basic Malay communication skill
  • Able to work independently, responsible & able to meet deadlines
  • Ability to start work with short notice will be advantage
