Liaise with overseas customers and suppliers regarding sports accessories sourcing.
Communicate and drive implementation opportunities for global customers.
Negotiate prices and terms to provide customers with optimal supply assurance, pricing, flexibility, quality, and delivery performance.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
Follow up on product development timelines, ensuring milestones are met and addressing any delays promptly.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to facilitate the development of new products from concept to production.
Review and approve product samples, ensuring they meet quality and design specifications.
Track and manage the progress of product development projects, providing regular updates.
Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure that all product specifications and requirements are clearly communicated and understood by suppliers.
Set up proper product data, code creation, and manage packaging and shipping instructions.
Conduct supplier evaluations to ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies.
Prepare and present regular reports on sourcing activities, including cost analysis, supplier performance, and market conditions.
Collaborate with internal departments, such as supply chain and logistics, to ensure smooth procurement processes.

Sourcing Executive (56168)

Candidate must possess at least a Certificate, Diploma holder in any discipline.
Minimum 2-3 years working experience in R&D, procurement, purchasing or sourcing.
Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.
Able to communicate well in English and Mandarin.
Basic skills in Adobe Illustrator are a plus.
Candidates must possess own transport and willing to travel overseas.
Proficiency in the use of desktop applications and window-based programs.
Good team player who is independent and self motivated.
Responsible, good negotiation and communication skills.
