- Liaise with overseas customers and suppliers regarding sports accessories sourcing.
- Communicate and drive implementation opportunities for global customers.
- Negotiate prices and terms to provide customers with optimal supply assurance, pricing, flexibility, quality, and delivery performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
- Follow up on product development timelines, ensuring milestones are met and addressing any delays promptly.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to facilitate the development of new products from concept to production.
- Review and approve product samples, ensuring they meet quality and design specifications.
- Track and manage the progress of product development projects, providing regular updates.
- Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure that all product specifications and requirements are clearly communicated and understood by suppliers.
- Set up proper product data, code creation, and manage packaging and shipping instructions.
- Conduct supplier evaluations to ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sourcing activities, including cost analysis, supplier performance, and market conditions.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as supply chain and logistics, to ensure smooth procurement processes.
Sourcing Executive (56168)
- Candidate must possess at least a Certificate, Diploma holder in any discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience in R&D, procurement, purchasing or sourcing.
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Able to communicate well in English and Mandarin.
- Basic skills in Adobe Illustrator are a plus.
- Candidates must possess own transport and willing to travel overseas.
- Proficiency in the use of desktop applications and window-based programs.
- Good team player who is independent and self motivated.
- Responsible, good negotiation and communication skills.
