We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual to join our team as an Admin cum Accountant. This role combines administrative support with accounting responsibilities, and we are seeking someone who is proficient in both areas to help ensure smooth operations of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and general administrative tasks.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications.
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and maintain office documents, reports, and files.
- Coordinate with different departments and external vendors as required.
- Handle correspondence, drafting letters, and managing office documents.
Accounting Duties:
- Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledgers.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and tax laws.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an administrator or accountant (at least [X] years preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, etc.).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a high level of integrity.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
