Retail Sales Assistant

Job overview: To assist pharmacist and to attend customers need on dispensing and retails activities. Key responsibilities: Consistently deliver customer service in accordance with our customer service standards. Respond to face to face and telephone enquiries of a routine nature from members of the public, patients, their representatives and a wide range of staff groups Help in maintaining reasonable dispensary stock levels Ensure stock visibility and products display. Receive, load and unload incoming goods from suppliers Recommending suitable health supplements and other products according to individual needs. Assist customers on all products available in the outlet Provide excellent service and maintain good relationship with all customers. Maintain good communication and working relationship with all staff within the store, and with the Head Office Job Requirement: Candidate should possess Diploma in Pharmacy/ Medical Science, minimum SPM and above Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply. Sales and service oriented. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to network effectively and establish effective working relationships Able to demonstrate effective time management skills while working independently with minimal supervision and supervising others Practical knowledge of computers and software Willing to work on weekend/ public holidays and perform shift duties Enthusiasm to work in pharmacy, capable to be teamwork member, responsible and discipline candidate preferred Successful applicant can look forward to: Attractive remuneration package Staff purchase discounts Annual performance reviews and salary adjustments Great career progression and development for outstanding achievers Motivating and challenging work environment
