JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1.Lead landscaping, housekeeping, facilities management and enhance the aesthetic appeal and functionality of outdoor spaces, maintenance plans, including planting, irrigation, and seasonal upkeep. 2.Produce and monitor regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. 3.Establish and implement process, policies and procedures related to general admin to maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized work environment. 4.Train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to maintain high service standards. 5.Recommend improvements or process enhancements to improve team productivity and cost efficiency 6.Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess service quality and address any issues or deficiencies promptly. 7.Manage contracts with landscaping vendors and suppliers, ensuring quality service delivery within budgetary constraints.
