Responsibility 1. Assisting with bookkeeping and accounting tasks. 2. Assist in daily administration duties. 3. Ensure proper filing, maintenance and completeness of accounting documentations and records. 4. Ensure all documents received are checked, validated and matched accordingly. 5. To maintain proper recording of inventory. 6. Assist on monthly and yearly stock take. 7. Efficiently process supplier invoices. 8. Coordinate approval process of all account payable invoices. 9. Identifying invoices that are overdue or have not been received. 10. Handling dealer’s consignment. 11. Any other duties as and when assigned by the superior from time to time. Requirements 1. At least 1 years working experience in related field. 2. Knowledgeable in SQL software is preferred. 3. Strong communication, interpersonal, follow-up skills and willing to learn. 4.
