Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute financial transactions and activities, such as bill payment, invoicing, payroll, employee reimbursements and etc.
  • Prepare the monthly reports, such as receivable and payable reports, employee’s claims report, and etc.
  • Work closely with the accountant on the bookkeeping tasks to gather and record the financial information.
  • Prepare and process employees’ monthly payroll.
  • Ensuring all financial records are accurate and up to date.
  • Able to liaise with external party such as auditor and tax agent by providing information and data as requested and ensure proper bookkeeping for all tax and financials related documents.
  • Stay current with all company regulations and requirements, including corporate laws.
  • Manage schedules for appointments and deadlines.
  • Take clear messages and communicate effectively with co-workers, clients, or stakeholders regarding financial information or corporate issues.
  • Assist the management with operational efficiencies and maintain administrative processes.
  • Keep an organized file system (cloud and physical).
  • Able to work independently.
  • To always maintain a good team player. Example, sharing of knowledge, helping each other to meet deadlines, sense of urgency, etc.
  • Any other tasks that are assigned by superior or management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or similar.
  • A minimum of 2 years working experience, preferably proven work experience as a finance administrator or similar job function as described.
  • Practical experience with Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets and Microsoft PowerPoints.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Works well in a team environment and with upper management.
  • High level of critical thinking and logical analysis.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet all deadlines.
  • Always keeps the highest standards of compliance and confidentiality.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
