  • Maintain the general ledger by posting and verifying journal entries.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, including handling invoices and payments
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
  • Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and trial balances.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Monitor and manage the payroll process.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records and files.
  • Handles routine accounting procedures and keeps records of transactions, banking transactions, receipts and statements, Debtors Ageing and collection. Prepares statements
  • General administration functions in the areas of daily office operations, stationery supplies etc.
  • Handle payment to suppliers and others.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
