EXECUTIVE, ICT SERVICES

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals;
• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and updates of software applications.
• Ensure that all IT equipment (including CCTV systems) is functioning optimally and in good condition.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues to maintain smooth operational flow;
• Assist with the setup and maintenance of network equipment (routers, switches, etc.).
• Maintain accurate records of support requests, repairs, inventory, and CCTV system maintenance;
• Update and create documentation for common IT procedures, including CCTV setup and troubleshooting guides.
• Assist in the implementation and enforcement of IT security policies and procedures;
• Ensure all systems, including CCTV networks, are up to date with the latest security patches and antivirus definitions.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (preferred);
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Strong competency in:-
• Windows Server; Jump Server; Firewall;Routers & Switches;Network (LAN + WAN);VPN;NASH & Linux;VOIP & Asterisk (Ubuntu + Putty); Remote access; CCTV install & setup; Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and the Office Suite;Knowledge of Active Directory and network protocols.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
