- To initiate action of preventing the occurrence of any non-conformance on quality system
- To coordinate with related department in organizing PQCM/PPAP to supplier effecting the smooth functioning of Quality System
- Liaising with RND for preparing the quality document for PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, GR&R, DOE, APQP
- To ensure all procedures are followed by all departments according to the Company's quality System requirement; TS16949/QS9000/ISO9001
- To conduct audit as follows:
1. Internal Quality Audit
2. Final product audit
3. Vendor audit
4. Adhoc audit
