The TikTok Advertisement Manager is responsible for managing advertising campaigns to ensure optimal return on investment while effectively utilizing the company budget. This role requires expertise in sales planning and budgeting to meet the company’s performance goals. The manager must develop and implement strategies tailored for TikTok, focusing on content that drives sales conversions. Additionally, continuous analysis of campaign performance and market trends is essential to refine advertising efforts and maximize results. This position is crucial for driving the company’s brand presence and sales growth through effective advertising on TikTok.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Campaign Management:
- Develop, execute, and manage TikTok advertising campaigns aligned with company goals.
- Oversee and manage advertising campaigns across mall, live, affiliate, and sales segments (Baeg Kuning) on TikTok.
- Monitor campaign performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize results.
2) Budget Management:
- Allocate and manage the advertising budget effectively to maximize ROI.
- Track spending and ensure campaigns remain within budgetary constraints.
3) Sales Planning:
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand targets and align advertising strategies accordingly.
- Develop sales forecasts based on campaign performance and market insights.
4) Content Strategy:
- Create and implement engaging content strategies tailored specifically for the TikTok audience.
- Work with content creators to produce high-quality, conversion-focused ads.
5) Performance Analysis:
- Conduct regular analysis of campaign performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports and present findings to stakeholders, providing actionable insights.
6) Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging TikTok features to refine advertising strategies.
- Utilize market research to identify target audiences and optimize ad placement.
7) Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Liaise with external partners and agencies when necessary for enhanced advertising efforts.
8) Able to work independently with minimal supervision
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
· Proven experience in digital advertising, preferably on social media platforms, with a focus on TikTok.
· Familiarity with TikTok’s advertising tools and analytics.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
· Creative mindset with a passion for innovative marketing strategies.
