Job Descriptions:

  • Assist in daily accounting work
  • Perform bank and receivable reconciliation
  • Preparing invoice / credit note / debit note and monthly statement to ensure that all documents are up to date.
  • Maintain good filing system and proper records of all documents
  • To perform data entry functions accurately and efficiently on a timely basis.
  • Ensure proper follow up of outstanding collections on a timely manner
  • Perform any other job assigned by superior from time to time

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Minimum LCCI or equivalent
  • Preferably minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience
  • Working knowledge of SAP computerized accounting system is preferred but not compulsory
  • Computer literate, proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
  • Proactive in performing daily accounting work
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision, meticulous, committed and able to meet tight deadlines
  • Required language (s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
