Job Descriptions:
- Assist in daily accounting work
- Perform bank and receivable reconciliation
- Preparing invoice / credit note / debit note and monthly statement to ensure that all documents are up to date.
- Maintain good filing system and proper records of all documents
- To perform data entry functions accurately and efficiently on a timely basis.
- Ensure proper follow up of outstanding collections on a timely manner
- Perform any other job assigned by superior from time to time
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Minimum LCCI or equivalent
- Preferably minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- Working knowledge of SAP computerized accounting system is preferred but not compulsory
- Computer literate, proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
- Proactive in performing daily accounting work
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision, meticulous, committed and able to meet tight deadlines
- Required language (s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
