Requirements:

  • Professional qualification in Finance/Accountancy (ACCA, MIA, CPA) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in financial management and reporting, preferably at the Group level.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and lead the finance team.
  • Hands-on experience in retail finance operations and familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Successful track record in fundraising, capital management, and IPO preparation.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Regional or global finance exposure is an advantage.
