About Us

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Business Development Executive with a background or interest in psychology or counseling to promote and sell our programs to corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with corporate clients to promote mental health and team-building programs.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed targets.
- Pitch customized mental health solutions to address the unique needs of each organization.
Client Engagement
- Conduct presentations, meetings, and workshops with HR teams and corporate leaders to demonstrate the value of our programs.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their organizational challenges and mental health priorities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
Market Research & Strategy
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and potential clients in the corporate sector.
- Stay informed on developments in mental health, team-building, and wellness to effectively position our services.
- Provide input into the development and refinement of program offerings based on client feedback and market demands.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with the mental health program team to ensure seamless program delivery tailored to client needs.
- Partner with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns targeting corporate clients.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in CRM systems.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and pipeline development.
Requirements & Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in wellness or mental health-related fields. (No experience is welcome; training and guidance will be provided).
- Strong understanding or interest in corporate mental health and team-building initiatives.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and nurture client relationships at all levels.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
