Develop and Implement Marketing Campaigns:
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels (online and offline) to promote products or services.
- Collaborate with the creative team to design promotional materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media posts.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
- Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and feedback to adjust marketing strategies as needed.
- Generate reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future marketing efforts.
Digital Marketing:
- Manage digital marketing channels including social media platforms, websites, and email marketing.
- Plan and oversee SEO/SEM, email marketing, and digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Monitor the performance of online platforms and analyze traffic to optimize campaigns for better ROI.
Event Planning and Coordination:
- Assist in organizing and managing events such as product launches, trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Liaise with external partners, sponsors, and vendors to ensure event success.
Brand Management:
- Maintain and develop the company’s brand identity through consistent messaging and visual representation.
- Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with the company's branding and communication guidelines.
Collaborate with Sales Teams:
- Work closely with the sales team to create marketing strategies that support sales targets.
- Provide sales teams with marketing materials and promotional content to enhance product presentations.
Content Creation and Management:
- Create engaging content for blogs, social media, and newsletters to attract potential customers and enhance brand visibility.
Budget Management:
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring campaigns are delivered within budget constraints.
- Track and report marketing spend, ensuring cost-effectiveness of campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, with knowledge of digital and traditional marketing methods.
- Strong understanding of market research, data analysis, and consumer behavior.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
