Your responsibilities will be to:
- Identify opportunities that best utilize Merchantrade’s infrastructure to meet merchants’ requirements and managing the accounts of existing merchants;
- To lead, recruiting and training of new sales staff, assigning specific tasks to other sales staff and monitoring sales performance;
- To drive sales to achieve goals and KPIs set by the management;
- To cross sell MTA’s other products to merchants and to work with the internal line of business to join sales call to their network of merchants to increase sales;
- Attend to new/potential merchant enquiries, setting up of new merchants’ applications and acquiring of new merchants; communicate proactively with the merchant on business issues and opportunities;
- Responsible for portfolio growth through a series of aggressive merchant acquisition, sales and relationship management activities including reviewing and analysing MIS Reports for monitoring of sales performance and profitability;
To be eligible for this role, you will require:
- Diploma or Degree in business, marketing or related field.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Minimum of 6 - 7 years’ experience in sales or related field, preferably from the banking or financial institution industry.
- Strong communication skills;
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage all levels of stakeholders.
