-Redirect phone calls to the right person professionally and stay alert to screen suspicious phishing incoming calls to ensure company properties are protected. -Ensure all the incoming / outgoing documents and parcel are handled carefully by sorting and distributing to the right person. -Maintain received documents in logbook and ensure receiver acknowledge while collect the documents. -Greet/welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate person. -Handle general office administration duties such as update the stock of docket for airway bill/DHL/ABX, boxes request by department for courier services and filing of air-waybills other documents within the scope of receptionist. -Ensure reception's area and lobby are well maintain, neat and clean at all time. -Assist HR department with administration support as and when required
