Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including issuing invoices and recording accounts receivable and payable.Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.Support the process of closing monthly and yearly accounts.Handle HR processes, including attendance, overtime, leave management, and payroll processing.Monitor and manage HRDC funding approvals, claims, and progress tracking.Assist Heads of Departments (HODs) in completing yearly performance appraisals and developing stronger training programs.Coordinate office administration tasks, such as managing office supplies and equipment.Support HR functions by maintaining employee records and processing payroll.Provide general administrative support to the finance and administration team. Language(s) required: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or other related field.1-2 years of relevant work experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Familiarity with SQL Accounting & SQL Payroll software is an advantage.
