Job Responsibilities:
. Undertake golf, hotel and transportation booking
Prepare quotations, invoices and payment receipt
Update bookings in master list in excel format
Update the pricing database
. Efficient and smooth handling of golfers requests.
. Other administrative duties assigned.
Job Requirement:
. Minimum Diploma / Degree level.
MUST have own good working lap top
MUST be staying within or close to Setia Alam
. Minimum 1 year of working experience (Fresh Graduates are also encourage to apply as on job training will be provided)
. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Proficient in English is added advantage
. Strong organizational and administrative skills.
. Ability to work independently and as a team.
. Hardworking and meticulous.
Able to travel locally for training and familiarization of golf courses and hotel
. Able to start work immediately or with short notice will be advantage
