This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales & Marketing Specialist located in KL Eco City, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Description

  • You will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to communication, customer service, sales, training and sales management.
  • You will work closely with the Partnership team to ensure effective sales strategies, provide training and support to sales staff, and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Take lead in the region you are responsible for and become a region expert and train team members.
  • In-depth understanding of property details, recommending suitable properties and assisting in completing the booking process.
  • Converts prospects and leads into bookings to achieve targeted leasing numbers.
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
  • This role calls for a combination of communication skills, savvy analytics, critical thinking, strong execution and the interpersonal ability to work with teams from across the business.

This is a Junior executive position. Fresh graduate with study abroad experience is encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

  • Minimum a Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales and sales management.
