Job Description
1. Plan and develop production schedules for resources and timely completion of projects.
2. Managing allocation of resources, materials, equipment and labour.
3. Overseeing the work of production staff, providing guidance, support and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standard.
4. Ensure products meet required quality control standards before completion.
5. Coordination with other departments – design, engineering and supply chain and resolve issues that may arise.
6. Inventory management of monitoring stock of raw materials without interruption due to material shortage.
7. Cost management, anaylse production cost to enhance productivity and reduce expenses and wastage.
8. Training, health and safety compliance.
