Finance Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Finance Executive with 2-3 years of relevant experience to join our finance team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the financial operations, contributing to financial planning, and assisting with management reporting to ensure the organization’s financial health and strategic growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing and analyzing financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Maintaining accurate records of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Managing budgets, forecasting future financial performance, and preparing detailed financial reports.
• Assisting with the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts.
• Supporting the budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Providing financial data and analysis to support decision-making.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support.

• Relevant degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using financial software and tools, such as Excel and accounting software (SQL).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
