Developing Operational Control Practices that support the identification, monitoring and reporting of operational risks, including testing protocols required to ensure policies, procedures and internal controls are designed and executed effectively; Establishing and maintaining the operational control policies and procedures, which includes providing training, timely review and attestation on those documents; Evaluating the effectiveness of the overall control environment to supplement management’s assessment of its residual risks through analyzing the results of various control monitoring activities and conducting analysis across the various operational risk tools which can enable key risk-based decision making by RBC I&TS leadership.; Managing the RPS Risk Appetite and KRI programs and Reporting on the Operational Risk profile for RPS to regional and global committees and senior leadership forums including specific transverse profiles for Fraud, Conduct and Reputational Risk to the 2nd line of defense. Develop and maintain a network of contacts in the business, Functions, and Operations; leverage these relationships in the wider execution of control mitigation processes, embedding of new policies, Key Risk Indicators and risk profile reporting etc.
