Human Resources 1. Plan and manage HR projects such as performance management, salary reviews, incentive programs, and other initiatives to support business objectives. 2. Improve HR processes for better functionality, focusing on execution excellence and continuous improvement. 3. Develop training needs assessments and annual training plans; coordinate training, monitor its effectiveness, and build organizational capabilities to meet current and future business needs. 4. Oversee manpower planning and budgeting, ensuring plans are executed within budget constraints. 5. Develop HR processes including standard HR forms, letters, policies, updating of employee handbook, implementation of HR related policies that are in line with both the Company’s expectations and within regulatory obligations. 9. Manage poor performance, misconduct in employment, employee grievances, disciplinary inquiry, disciplinary action, conducting domestic inquiries, preliminary investigations and handling. 10. Develop and manage employee onboarding and exit processes, including conducting exit interviews. 11. Manage the Company’s HRDF funds to ensure that the company capitalizes fully on the training and development of its human assets. 12. Present appropriate HR reports to include but not limited to headcount status report, monthly and/or quarterly status report at Management and Board Meetings. 13. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time. Administrative 1. Oversee the daily operations of the office, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities. 2. Responsible in coordinating and monitoring the admin expenses and department cost saving initiatives. 3. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for services and supplies. 4. Coordinate events, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed. 5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the office essential records.
