Responsibilities: - Coordinate and liaise with Site Personnel/ Project Engineer/Contract Manager/Project Manager/ Development Manager/Consultants on QS matters. - Assist in the overall Pre and Post Contract in Contract Department operation (Pre-Qualification Assessment, Measurement, Preparation of Bills of Quantity, Material Ordering, Tendering and Cost Analysis, Site Valuation, Prepare Monthly Interim Payment Certification and VO assessment, Final Account and etc.). - Responsible for measurement and estimate costing of projects undertaken or proposed (if required) - To assist in feasibility study, cash flow and budgeting (if required) - To attend site, project and client consultant meetings. - Monitoring program for contracts, certifications, and tendering process. - Responsible for the preparation of reports to special committees for approval. - Any other duties as assigned but not limited to the above. Requirements: - Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying. - At least 3-5 years of working experience in Quantity Surveying or equivalent in the project development, construction or consultancy industry. - Preferably with experience in high rise buildings exceeding 20 storeys and township development. - Possess good understanding of building and infrastructure contracts. - Ability to manage project cost control, cost analysis, call quotation, handle contract administrative works and regulate good contract documentation. - Ability to conduct contract negotiations during pre and post contract stages. - Possess good verbal and communication skills and proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
