Integration Consultant

Key Responsibilities: - Understand business and functional requirements - Conduct integration design workshop with respective application systems owners and vendors - Perform integration architecture design based on WSO2 integration platform framework - Build and unit test large-scaled and complex APIs on WSO2 solution with defined and acceptable integration performance - Ensure the interfaces are designed with full error handling mechanism - Hands-on experiences with Docker and Kubernetes - Deploy Docker containers into Kubernetes and the subsequent management of Kubernetes clusters - Provide coaching and guidance to junior integration developers as well as manage his/her team to assure achievement based on timeline - Responding, investigating and resolving reported incidents - Providing frequent update to Integration Architect - Carry out the responsibilities as Post-Implementation Warranty Support Lead as it is deployed to production environment - Define system health-check SOPs for his team to perform periodical health-check as well as develop scripts to automate health-check processes. Job Requirements: - Must have minimum of 3 years of working experiences in WSO2 - Must have minimum of 2 complete WSO2 integration project life cycle experiences - Must have experiences in telecommunications and/or financial services industries - Ability to resolve technical issues independently with minimum guidance and/or advice from WSO2 Technical Support team. - At least Bachelor’s Degree/Postgraduate/Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent - Communication skills – good command of English in both written and spoken - Demonstrated ability to document work in a clear and concise manner - Able to showcase/present work to stakeholders - Quick learners and adaptability to changes - Willing to travel within or outside Malaysia as and when required
