M&E Coordinator

Coordinate and supervise building construction M&E services for the main contractor including liaising with clients and consultants • Check and inspect quality of M&E works to ensure compliance with requirements • Assist the Site Manager in resolving M&E issues • Conduct and lead M&E coordination meetings between the main contractor and subcontractor • Ensure to maintain and follow company’s policy and procedures • Regularly report to the Project Manager on the progress of the building works and the problem areas encountered • Other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by the company from time to time.
