  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve profit targets.
  • Manage full set account for group of companies including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, financial reporting and relevant task.
  • Monitor and analyze key financial metrics, trends, and KPIs to identity areas for improvement, cost saving and revenue enhancement.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions, invoices, and payments.
  • Prepare monthly, annual financial statements and reports for directors (including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements) and identify key factors to support top management strategic decisions process.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirement, account principles, internal policies and procedures to mitigate risk.
  • Develop good rapport and liaise with banker, auditors, company secretary and tax agent as needed.
  • Manage cash flow, liquidity and working capital to optimize financial resources and support business operations.
  • Assist Account Manager on leading annual budgeting process and long-range planning initiatives to develop realistic financial targets
  • Mentor and support junior team members, providing guidance, training, and professional development opportunities (when required).
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Preferably minimum 2 years working experience in handling full set accounts & good communication skills with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Experience handling full set accounts in manufacturing/construction group of companies.
  • Possess high level of integrity, initiative, commitment and sense of urgency
  • Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and complete tasks promptly.
  • Excellent administrative, organizational and problem solving skills.
