The primary purpose of this position is: To serve at an Air or Space Force installation. Major responsibilities include completion of administrative functions, budget execution, and implementation of primary prevention education and training for the total base population. Also works collaboratively with installation Integrated Resilience Office (IRO) partners to coordinate and integrate prevention activities to effectively prevent negative outcomes associated with sexual assault and harassment, family violence (incl. intimate partner violence and child abuse and neglect), workplace violence (incl. harassment, bullying and hazing), suicide, and alcohol abuse/misuse prevention, hereafter referred to as self-directed harm and prohibited abusive or harmful acts.
DUTY 1: Ensures primary prevention education and skill building of two or more behaviors is implemented as designed, monitored for fidelity, and evaluated in accordance with DoD and DAF guidance.
DUTY 2: Supports the Installation Community Action Team (CAT) in executing established initiatives.
DUTY 3: Ensures program compliance with regulations, laws, policies, and directives associated with mandated administrative support programs.
DUTY 4: Performs other clerical and administrative work in support of the program(s).
DUTY 5: Accomplishes professional development and maintains technical proficiency.
