Job Description: • Checking and record TM Outlets’s sales report • Checking and ensure the sales amount is banking in correctly by Operation team • Ensure all daily sales transactions from Dynamod are accurate, successful transferred and confirmed in ERP system • Checking all type of sales ( cash, debit, e-wallet & online) are correct & update into ERP system • Checking monthly E-pay transaction and prepare variance report To reconcile monthly e-pay report from Dynamod with GHL statement and prepare short/ excess report for all outlets and must complete it before 25th every month To follow up & checking any discrepencies with any person in charge (PIC) in outlet/ Executive for further action • Checking and prepare short/excess money report monthly To reconcile daily short/ excess money from outlet To follow up any discrepencies with person in charge (PIC) in outlet for further action • Confirmed AP sales voucher on some direct supplier (Ie; gardenie) & ensure all payments made are key- in into ERP system completely • Ensure all outlets expenses (cash out) are submitted to expenses team daily • Do filing and documentation • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior from time to time Requirements: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. - Required skill(s): erp software, MS Excel, MS Office. - Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English - Possess strong analytical & mathematical skills, sense of urgency, positive working attitude & display a lot of initiative. - Applicants must be willing to work in KUALA TERENGGANU.
