- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and generate regular reports for management review.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth execution of sales processes and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Prepare and manage sales documents, inventory tracking and filing.
- Attend to walk in customer and handle pos payment.
- Work hours: 9.00AM - 6.00PM | 5.5 days per week (alternate Saturday)
- Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Able to converse in Mandarin and English will be preferable.
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
