Responsibilities Helpdesk Admin • Assisting incoming calls and enquiries from customers with demonstration of excellent customer service skills to meet and exceed customers’ expectations • To channel and escalate any unresolved issues/complains to the next level of support personnel • Performs the first level of problem determination with objective of resolving as many problem • Data entry to open case in Helpdesk and Escalation the cases to technical staff / ASP – (General/Project) • Managing & administrative warranty claim cases with Principal/Supplier.
