- Promote and sell our products in stores or at events.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
- Engage with customers, provide excellent service, and assist with inquiries.
- Meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
- Stay informed about new products, promotions, and store policies.
- Ensure products are well-displayed, stocked, and organized.
- Assist with store operations, including opening/closing procedures.
- Report sales activities, customer feedback, and inventory levels.
- Language proficiency: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin, or any relevant dialect.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, outgoing personality, and passion for helping customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to work 6 days per week with 2 rotating shifts.
