- Regular quality checks on outlet displayed products, hygiene, marketing materials, terminal merchant, consumable item, and atmosphere to ensure that they meet Headquarters standards.
- Transfer stock between Headquarters and each outlet as needed.
- Monitor inventory data in the system and conduct physical stock counts at each outlet to ensure accuracy.
- Festival Decoration in each outlet as needed.
- Collaborate with contractors to apply for work permits for maintenance and repairs in each outlet as needed.
- Assist with the FIT-out process, from initial planning to final installation, and present progress reports to stakeholders.
- Set up and dismantle roadshows and exhibitions, ensuring all equipment and displays are prepared and placed/installed safely and in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Ensure that all fit-out work complies with relevant health and safety regulations.
- Prepare monthly summary reports and identify trends to management for discussion and recommendations for corrective action.
- Complete ad-hoc tasks and other duties, as assigned.
- At least completed SPM education
- Malaysian only
- Preferred able to communicate in 3 languages (Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Possess good knowledge of software applications such as Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal Skills as a team player
- Must have valid driving license - D License (company will provide car)
- Salary will be considered depend to working experience.
