- Ensure communications are timely, accurate and professional and maintain good customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Handle customer complaints, inquiries and requests efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Answer customer calls and provide excellent customer support services.
- Process customer orders and manage transaction flow accurately and efficiently.
- Provide high-quality after-sales service, quickly solve problems encountered by customers, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collect customer feedback and data, identify trends and generate actionable insights.
- Make recommendations to improve service quality and customer experience based on data analysis results.
- Participate in new product development and provide customer-focused insights and recommendations.
- Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality.
- Candidates must at least possess SPM
- Proficient in Mandarin and English with working level understanding of Bahasa Malaysia.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers with different language preferences.
- Hard-working, responsible and passionate about the beauty industry, especially hair care and skin care products.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
