  • Make recommendations to improve service quality and customer experience based on data analysis results.
  • Participate in new product development and provide customer-focused insights and recommendations.
  • Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality.
  • Candidates must at least possess SPM
  • Proficient in Mandarin and English with working level understanding of Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Hard-working, responsible and passionate about the beauty industry, especially hair care and skin care products.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
