Social Media Influencer Duties:
- Create, develop, and maintain social media brand presence and corresponding content, including video and photo content.
- Create, develop, and maintain social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram.
- Host TikTok live sessions on Fridays and weekends at the designated times given by the company.
- Identify influencers in relevant industries and areas, collaborating with them to post promotional content and advertisements.
- Maintain consistent communication, build brand awareness, and develop relationships with relevant people.
- Evaluate effectiveness and optimize campaign performance.
- Post relevant content on social media platforms, ensuring consistency in posting new content.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on online product sales and views.
Social Media Influencer Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Product Development Director to set the editorial calendar and scheduling requirements, including the monthly publishing schedule, product Q&A, and guest posts.
- Research, write, and edit engaging content related to the company, its industry, and target audience.
- Monitor brands that were promoted and respond to (potential) customer complaints on social media accordingly.
- Grow the following and create shareable content for company pages, accounts, and other social media tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Have working experience/knowledge as a Social Media Influencer.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
