Social Media Influencer Duties:

  • Create, develop, and maintain social media brand presence and corresponding content, including video and photo content.
  • Create, develop, and maintain social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram.
  • Host TikTok live sessions on Fridays and weekends at the designated times given by the company.
  • Identify influencers in relevant industries and areas, collaborating with them to post promotional content and advertisements.
  • Maintain consistent communication, build brand awareness, and develop relationships with relevant people.
  • Evaluate effectiveness and optimize campaign performance.
  • Post relevant content on social media platforms, ensuring consistency in posting new content.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on online product sales and views.

Social Media Influencer Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Product Development Director to set the editorial calendar and scheduling requirements, including the monthly publishing schedule, product Q&A, and guest posts.
  • Research, write, and edit engaging content related to the company, its industry, and target audience.
  • Monitor brands that were promoted and respond to (potential) customer complaints on social media accordingly.
  • Grow the following and create shareable content for company pages, accounts, and other social media tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Have working experience/knowledge as a Social Media Influencer.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
