- To assist General Manager in daily operation tasks.
- Execute tasks assigned General Manager, liaise with other team members, promptly and efficiently respond to enquiries.
- Collaborate with General Manager to define the organization vision, mission, and goals. To formulate strategic objectives, initiatives, and action plans to achieve them.
- Anticipate the General Manager needs and proactively provide support to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Engage with key stakeholders, including executives, department heads as well external partners to gather input, build consensus and align strategies with organization goals.
- To handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Planning and executing new business project.
- Perform any other duties assigned by superior or management.
- Min bachelor’s degree, in business studies (Marketing / International Business / Business Administration) and related field or equivalent.
- With 2 years of working experience in related field.
- Ability to communicate in English and / or Mandarin would be a plus.
- Independent, result oriented, dynamic, and self-motivated.
- Possess openness to ideas, able to demonstrate an ability to initiate change and influence others.
- Be a self-starter, possessing a passion for excellence and a proven ability to initiate change and continuously seek improvement.
- Preference will be given to the candidate who can start immediately.
