Company: Armstrong Electronics Sdn Bhd Location: Kulai, Johor We are looking for a dynamic and creative person to join our team. You will play an important role in:- - Coordinate with China stakeholders - Manage Sales administration and provide guidance to junior staff. Debtors’ collection. - Prepare correspondence and processes orders - Prepare Sales Tracker, and Sales Weekly also Monthly Report if needed. - Monitor stock level for finish goods and review raw material inventory level with reference to customer forecast with Planner for order processing if necessary. As well, analyze forecast to determine buffer stock to be built. - Ensure order received in correct pricing as well meeting quoted Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ). - Liaise with warehouse and transporter for shipment arrangement in order to ensure timely delivery. - Prepare Pick List, Delivery Order, Invoice and shipping documents. - Coordinate with internal team for any customer complaint or inquiry. - Maximize S9 & WMS system usage and looks for improvement. - Managing existing customer quotations. - Customer creation and maintenance in System. - Prepare and presenting the sales related Power Point. - To ensure Commercial Invoice, packing list and Certificate of Origin prepare timely manner. - As directed, to perform other duties of similar and associated nature of work. To be successful in this role, you will need to have:- - Degree in Business or Marketing related. - Min 3-5 years of experience as customer service executive. - Knowledge in MRP System and Microsoft Office. - Good communication in verbal and written. - Preferably able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with China Stakeholders. - Customer service skill - Negotiation skill
